Meghan Woodard is a 22 year old college student majoring in Photography at Syracuse University. Meghan has long, black hair which she keeps pulled back in a ponytail. Her eyes are a stormy gray, which seem to look around the world with a curious eye for detail. Standing at about 5’3”, Meghan is a little below average height for females. She’s often seen wearing a gray sleeveless shirt and blue jeans, with a dark green flannel overtop when the bugs get too bad in the jungle. Her skin is fairly tanned, due to being outside often, though the island has darkened it a couple tones lighter after her sunburn goes away. Meghan is often seen with her camera in one hand.

Personality


Meghan Woodard is a more reserved kind of girl, preferring to keep to herself and work by herself. She also had a large interest with the world around her, and for cameras which could let you capture an exact scene or object forever. Meghan is a down to earth girl, though one who did enjoy partying once in a while in college, who tends to keep her calm when confronted with a problem. This is not always true though, seeing as she broke down and freaked out when presented with the whole “trapped on a deserted island” scenario. Meghan prefers to keep her distance from people, and doesn’t seek out relationships, especially now since she considers her survival more important. Even if she was seeking one out, she realizes that she probably wouldn’t have too much luck on the damn deserted island. I mean, what are the odds of another lesbian crashing on the same island?

Meghan Woodard showed a liking for photography at a young age. Working with all ranges, from disposable to the more common digital, she knew the basics of what she wanted to work in for most of her life. At age 17, she received her first professional type camera, a Nikon D80, by helping her parents pay for it. She’s kept the camera in very good condition ever since, knowing that it would be nearly impossible for her to buy a new one by the time she got into college.

Meghan found out about the college program through a couple friends, and applied for it. She was excited to have the chance to attend one of the, apparently, "best" schools and it was pretty much a one time chance. When she was granted entrance as one of the lucky students from Syracuse, she was extremely excited. Meghan packed at once, including her camera, and set off for the "university."

When they arrived, she was thrust out into the experiment with only her camera and whatever else the staff had given her. She fled into the woods, confused and scared, unprepared for the task of survival set out for her.
